Some features shown on the website may be previews or demos and may not be fully live yet.

User responsibilities

• Use Cedrus only for lawful purposes
• Provide information you have a legitimate reason to save
• Do not use Cedrus to harass, stalk, manipulate, impersonate, or harm others
• Do not submit information you do not have the right to provide
• Do not rely on Cedrus for emergencies or critical decisions
• Be responsible for the content you submit

Prohibited conduct

• Violating laws or regulations
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights
• Submitting harmful, abusive, misleading, or illegal content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Using automated access without permission
• Using Cedrus to secretly monitor or profile people
• Using Cedrus for spam or unwanted messaging

User content

You retain ownership of the content you provide to Cedrus. You give Cedrus permission to use, process, store, and display that content as needed to provide the service.

Information about other people

Cedrus may let you save details about people in your life. You are responsible for doing so respectfully and lawfully. Cedrus is designed for personal memory and care, not surveillance.

Paid features

Cedrus may offer Free and Pro features. If paid features are introduced, pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Cedrus may use AI to organize memories, generate reminders, and suggest follow-ups. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Cedrus suggestions are not professional advice. Use your own judgment.

No emergency or professional advice

Cedrus is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Intellectual property

The Cedrus service, website, design, branding, and features are owned by Cedrus or its operators. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

Disclaimers

Cedrus is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise that Cedrus will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or always accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cedrus and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.

Total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Cedrus in the past twelve months, or $100, whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Termination

Cedrus may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful or unlawful way.
